Great neighborhood bar. Stopped in for a playoff game this week and was very pleased with the service, food, and prices. My husband and I split the Blazer Burger which was good - nice flavor and served pretty quickly. Vodka sour is always my go-to well drink and here they serve a decently strong drink that also tastes great. The server was very attentive - quick to get our drinks and food orders and checked in on us multiple times throughout the game. I appreciate that because often watching a game at a bar, bartenders tend to forget you, but not our server, he was great!
Of course, I will be back! -

3 1/2 stars.....Nice people that work there and the food is pretty good.
Try it and you will probably like it. 1 pinball game, 1 pool table, 6 lottery machines and a pretty decent patio but mainly smokers out there (ick). -

Well I tried, gave Putter's another chance. Walked in for a late lunch and the place was empty. Well, there were 2 people there. I sat at the bar, the 2 people noticed me but the bar tender was too busy complaining to the 2 people he didn't even notice me. Then again, maybe he did and he's just that much of a dick to not help me. I sat there for 5 mins. That's it, never again. I will shame this place every chance I get.

We ate there tonight because we were looking for a neighborhood pub and our roommate said the food here was better than other nearby places. I had the halibut fish & chips and am currently nursing a stomachache. Biggest problem though was the service. Not everyone appreciates the whole "ironic" service thing that is so prevalent in Portland. Just be polite and friendly and don't give people a hard time or go out of your way to be cool.

Inexpensive breakfast, great bloody Mary's, accommodating staff, they even put the our teams gam on before we could ask. Great hidden gem.
